News-Sun Building

Constructed in the late-60s, the six-story office tower is connected to a warehouse directly north. The News-Sun vacated this building in the 90s, and is now owned by the Sun Times News Group.

 

The building is slated for demolition to expand the College of Lake County's Lakeshore Campus. An email has been sent to the college in hopes of exploring it; would've been through it already if not for the recently-taped-to-the-door ADT business card which makes me think it's alarmed.
