Dear Herb:
We are enclosing the Dixie Square Shopping Center outdoor poster design which includes the Grand Opening imprint at the top of the panel. Our Art Director is suggesting that we use a Day-Glo background with black lettering as per the swatch attached to the layout.
We are also preparing a new completely different design for the Grand Opening. I expect to get this from the Art Department within the next few days.
In regard to the changes in panel locations, I have advised our Posting Department as follows. We will keep the location at 115th Street and the Calumet Expressway facing north to southbound traffic (panel was available at 130th but facing south). We can probably get a panel facing north at 130th Street after the first of the year. We will change the panel at Park south of 171st Street facing north to another panel at the same location facing south. The location at 159th east of Paulina facing east will be changed to 159th .3 miles east of the Calumet Expressway facing east. The other locations will remain the same as those originally selected.
Please let me know if you do not concur with these changes.
Yours very truly,
