Accidental double-exposure caused by a stuck shutter and winder malfunction: the Northridge and Southridge Mall sisters seen on the night of Black Friday 2022. Southridge remains a healthy mall despite two large vacancies and a noticeable tenant shift from national chains to local startups, where the younger Northridge has been abandoned for 20 years and fallen into a severe state of decay.
