"Bleeding neon" internal camera effect accomplished by holding the shutter open and pulling the paper film tab, laterally moving the negative across the film plane.

 

Second attempt with this sign, I didn't trust my new spotmeter and overexposed it. Standing around for 20 minutes waiting for this drunk/stoned couple to stumble out of the way had already tested my patience, so I'll try again another time.
