Irony

Odd placement for a bench with that sign just above it.

 

Belvidere, I guess, has occasional issues with gang fights in the mall and in the parking lot. While chatting with the security guard earlier in the day, he had mentioned that one night they came running through the mall with baseball bats, chasing a guy.

 

When I left the mall I didn't spend too long in the parking lot, as there were quite a few people just wandering around.
