Fine Retailers

If you haven't noticed by now, Belvidere has NO name-brand retailers such as Zales, Abercrombie, GNC, Famous Footwear, etc. The mall has managed to bounce back from near-death in 1987 by attracting family-owned tenants, which mostly cater to Waukegan's large Hispanic population.

 

While there are a decent number of vacancies, the mall is always busy during the day.
