Sears' brand-new (only open since last October) prototype store holding a surprise fire sale before closing in April -- an unexpected victim of their bankruptcy, as apparently the reformed company acquired by Eddie Lampert decided to stop paying the contractors who built this fancy emporium under the old company, and a lien was placed on it. They liquidated it in less than a week.
