Scoop Unplugged

This is a new event that replaces Scoopin' Genesee, which replaced the original Scoop the Loop.

 

Basically the city thought Scoop the Loop was making too much money, so they took it over. When it tanked last year (despite entry fees and corporate sponsors), they decided to can it.
