Painted plywood was added to the doors and the rotting box office by Donald Trump. The windows on the second and third floors also received plywood painted to look like apartments.

 

I've been told that this is all being prepared to be covered up by faux-storefronts, similar to what's been done to the vacant buildings just down Broadway.
