TJ Suxx

Deerbrook's only solid anchor through its entire run originally opened as a Marshall's, and was later converted by the same company into a TJ Maxx. Towards the end, the mall served ONLY as a glorified entrance to the store - who finally relocated in 2014, effectively closing the mall for good. Why this store never had an exterior entrance in the first place beats me.
