Penneys

The ice had run down this beam and frozen onto one of the wires. Interestingly, it was about 20-degrees cooler on the inside of the mall, so there was ice all over still. As I was leaving I walked by an open door and the cold air rushing out was enough to blow my hair around.

 

Anyone know what the wires with hoops are that are all over Penneys? Damn near tripped over one heading back into the mall.
