Welcome to the Machine

Found a way to the third "sub-floor" of Penneys without having to go across the thin slab of concrete that did not collapse on the second floor. I later found out it is called a "penthouse".

 

The room has all of the heating and cooling machinery, as well as a gaping hole where you can access the roof. The roof of the machinery room is in horrid condition and the entire room is littered with rotting asbestos..
