Penney's Court
The Penney's storefront was decorated to be the entrance to a JEWEL supermarket. However, in reality, the JEWEL building never had a Mall Entrance.
On a sad note, I believe I read somewhere that this is where they found Denise Shelby's body; either at the Penneys entrance or somewhere on the second floor of Penneys.
