"Twelve House" stands near Miller and Rand Rd. in Lake Zurich. Built in 1912, remodeled in 1940, and vacated around 2012: the property was just sold for over $600k last month, and is poised to be demolished for another fucking lame strip mall or some other development that Lake Zurich already has a few dozen of.
