Tri-Energy Corporation -- Dixie Square Shopping Center

Advertisement for Dixie Square Mall's on-site energy plant that supplied electricity and HVAC to the center, and was operated by the Tri-Energy Corporation. The plant stood near the south mall entrance across from Montgomery Ward until it was demolished in 2006. The aerial view of the mall is an older mock-up model; the mini-anchor on the east end of the center court was never-built; Block D and Turn-Style were later constructed there.
