Geneseecret

In front of the Merchant's Block on, under the Genesee Street sidewalk lies a void between it and the S. Genesee Bridge. Looking down from windows on the side (you have to climb the bridge structure to get to it), it's a vast, empty space that may have had a second floor at one point.

 

I have not looked in awhile but I know they've been renovating the lower floors of the adjacent building, so I'm wondering if something could eventually go in, here.
