Dixie Square Mall 3/10/64

Another early, rejected layout for the Dixie Square Shopping Center; Harvey, IL. The mall corridor itself has reached its final L-shaped layout, however the store blocks are both plotted and titled differently, JCPenney is positioned askew from the mall corridor, and rather than having an attached Jewel grocery store: two supermarkets were planned as outparcel lots. This layout also lacks the mall's service court, and Central Energy Plant.

This is another one found in the mall offices in late-2010, I am pretty sure Brian Ulrich found a number of plans from this concept, but most of them were in rough shape.
