Polaroid 100 shutter dissection

I made the mistake of tinkering with the lensboard of this 100, and when I couldn't reassemble it I finally decided to strip it. I will be converting this to a manual lens camera, using the 127mm f/4.7 Rodenstock Ysarex lens found on the Polaroid 110A/B cameras.
