Karcher Hotel: c.1940s

Here is a later view of the Karcher, sporting its added rooftop neon sign intended to be seen from the lake and rail depot. The neon was likely removed sometime around its remodeling into the Collins-Karcher Hotel senior citizen housing in the 1960s.

These postcards were added to a permanent display that now hangs in the Karcher 405 Gallery - the former hotel lobby.
