I met Colin in the precincts of Lincoln Cathedral where he was waiting to photograph peregrine Falcons that habituate the Cathedral building. We had a chat about seeing them . It was a bitter cold morning and Colin certainly deserves an award for his tenacity and patience.This picture is #28 in my 100 strangers project.
