How To F Up Your Body GOOD
Step 1) Be in the above position for 10-15 hours a day, every day, and 16 on Sunday. Repeat for 6 - 16 months.
Step 2) Now that your upper body is good and unbalanced, start working out with weights, focusing on your chest (which by this time should be about as tight as an offensive lineman packed into a Car2Go) and your traps (which by this time should be extremely weak and almost impossible to activate).
Step 3) Go on a long trip. Preferably one combining several hours flying with several hours driving.
Step 4) Wake up the next day and assume Laptop Posture. Maybe have a yawn. A good stretch in a really poor posture position.
Step 5) "POP"
Step 6) Experience new adventures in hi-fidelity pain...
