Ad hoc cycling parking at the University. ..of course its not just the University, travel down NCR 51 at about 1530 and you will see a high proportion of school children also travel to and from school by bike. Certainly seem to be many fewer parents in cars picking up their children. Cycling can work in British cities so well, and does relieve congestion on roads, leaving cars for the people who need them (elderly, disabled, and large families).
