River Waveney rubbish

Just a quick snap on my mobile. I saw this scene as I walked the dog over the bridge crossing the River Waverney at Ellingham, on the Suffolk and Norfolk border. It looks like this detritus has been hauled out of the river by the regular anglers who cherish this spot as one of their favourite fishing locations.
