Introducing Tyler..... Almost
I know most of you won't see this photo because of Flickrs contacts bug, but I still wanted to post it because it's one of my favorites. Sure it's setup, but this was an out take of another shot.
Sometimes the outtakes are better.

So yesterday we had to head down to UCLA medical center (yes, where Britney Spears went) to have something done. I was with the boys in the waiting area, next to this long hall, and a woman with young daughter go walking by... just giggling and having fun. Then the dad, who seemed quite a bit older, 5'5", dark leather jacket, dark complexion, on his cell phone with VERY projecting voice, "OKAY... YES, THEN CALL ME, OKAY..."
Looks over at me, I *head nod*
They come back down the hall together a couple minutes later. Mom goes into an office, leaving dad and daughter alone.
"Dad, lets play Red Light, Green Light".
"How is that played, sweetheart?" (she tells him)
.
.
.
"A RED Light... now it's a GREEN light!"
"Red light again, okay GREEN LIGHT!"
Almost shouting, but not really. Just a loud, projecting voice.
I see our 8 year old playing along with him, starting and stopping on his command.
About 20' away I say to him, "who doesnt' like a good game of red light, green light?"
"YES, THEY ALLLL LIKE IT". Not yelling, but not using his 'hospital voice' either. Smiling back at me, noticing my son playing along.
Nurse walks by, turns and looks at the man, and keeps going. The nurse then goes to the counter around the corner (close to where I'm standing) and whispers something about the guy in the leather jacket.
They continue Red Light, Green Light in the hall. Eventually the mom comes out, and then head to the elevator and leave.
10 minutes later, non chalant, I go to the counter and ask the nurse,
"So, who did the nurse say that guy in the leather coat was?"
"Oh, that's Al Pacino"
The girl was his daughter, and the mom was his... ladyfriend of many years, Beverly D'Angelo - Mrs. Griswold of Vacation fame.
Bottom line - Caiden gets to tell his friends years from now, that he got to play Red Light, Green light with Al Pacino
