Augur Buzzard in Flight
Admittedly not the best bird in flight photo ever taken as the background is pretty darn busy.
But I had never seen this bird before. We came upon him sitting in a tree in such horrible light there was no shot at all.
We waited a bit and he took off to go sit in another tree that didn't offer any shot. So I was grateful to get this.
Merlin tells me this is an Augur Buzzard. If anyone knows any different, please be sure to let me know.
