Adorable
This pair of Cheetah cubs (Acinonyx jubatus) is part of another family (mummy plus two). We had started that morning and seen a herd of buffalo staring intently. Turns out they were watching mummy cheetah. These cubs were trailing perhaps 100 metres behind. They then lost sight of mummy and began to get anxious. They sat up. They peered all over. They chirped. But most of all, they posed most beautifully for us in the light of the rising sun. Really gorgeous.
