This Red deer stag was calling for the girls.
Making a lot of noise and doing his tough guy stuff, but to no avail, the girls were just not interested in him.
After a couple of minutes he gave up and decided to move on, luckily I had my pictures made.
Late september is the main rutting season in National Park "de Hoge Veluwe" in the Netherlands and hundreds of people converge to watch and listen to this natural wonder.
