Point Betsie Lighthouse - Crystallia, Michigan

When I first arrived at Point Betsie in the morning, it was still chilly around 35 degrees or so. This lady comes storming down the path and plops down on the bench . With her arms crossed, she sits there looking straight ahead at Lake Michigan . For about an hour she sat there while I was taking pictures, with NO JACKET on. I should of asked her if she was ok, but about the time I was going to approach her she got up and walked away. It was a Gorgeous day to be in Northern Michigan, the Aqua Blue water was stunning to say the least. I think it is from the silt and ice run-off. It reflects the Blue spectrum of light.

It's crazy how much sky you have to put in the frame to accommodate that tall skinny tree! I think I'll take my chainsaw with me next time! Just kidding, I love the tree. :)
