WC southbound pulpwood loads; Wausau, Wis; Feb 1999

Gons loaded with pulpwood crossing the Eau Claire River just south of Wausau yard. The DS office for the WC was located on the second floor of the depot at Stevens Point right on the main west of the yard and the aroma of fresh cut wood was strong as inbound trains passed by. This track is the former Milwaukee Road Valley Line.
