Baked Apple Cider Cinnamin Donuts

The farm down the road is selling Apple Cider Donuts, but, theirs are deep fried and very oily. I don't like things like that, so I made my own this morning out of Spelt Flour and I baked them. They have no yeast in them so are more like cake. They are 2 bites tiny. I am going to make more and next time double my recipe. I baked these in my silicone donut pans.
