Emmy's Chocolate Sauce For The Chocoholic...Me!

I first bought his at Sprouts, then it disappeared so I contacted Emmy and she was surprised since Sprouts was supposed to sell it. I ended up going to Whole Foods, they had it. I was happy, this stuff is sooo good. It's sweetened with Agave Nectar (that's cactus syrup) so I don't mind indulging in it a little now and again.
