Day 3 of Bootcamp is still kickin' my a$%. Today was lower body day and I could barely move my legs, let alone run, after each rep of intense squats and lunges. Who knew your legs could feel so tight after a strong set? The few upper body exercises we did actually felt really good. My first attempt at pull-ups was sad, but at least I got two in with good form.
