Speckled Purple & Green Weed

I saw this weed near my work and liked it's leaf coloration. (Yes, I noticed weeds on the side of the road) It kinda reminds my of one of my 99¢ Store Coleus. I'll have to upload of photo of it to compare foliage.

 

I can't remember what this weed is. Dandelion? Groundsel?
