みたらしだんご Mitarashi Dango

The Girl's class has been studying about Japan this month and for her project about the country she decided to show everyone there's more to mochi than the little ice cream filled ones most get for dessert after eating some sushi roll that's been deep fried and filled with Philadelphia cream cheese.

 

So today she made みたらしだんご which is made from rice flour and covered with shouyu and sugar. All I had to do was be the monkey behind the camera to photograph it for her project.
