Meet Doug Taylor, he's the executive pastry chef for Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich's resturants at the Venitian and Palazo hotels here in Las Vegas.
So yesterday I was debating on trying out my new modifier at a portrait session today but I'm glad I left it at home.
I tend to forget sometimes that most of my clients are in a rush and really don't have the time to waste while I experiment. As soon as I arrived, I quickly put up my lights and made one shot to test both ambient and flash.
All in all I think it was around 15 minutes from start to finish and came away with a few variations of poses both in landscape and portrait.
