Had this chocolate/coffee cake in the fridge and figured I'd take a picture of it for tonight. But just one long rectangle slice looked a bit daft, so I cut it into thirds and plated it on these little sauce dishes that I use quite frequently in my photos.

 

I put them in a row on one of the coffee tables in the house and lit it with a speedlite on the lower left corner and one on the upper right corner. I then placed another speedlite on another coffee table at the rear to give the back end a bit of lift but not enough to blow it out as I still wanted a gradient like fall off in the rear.
