Cinderella 24K setup shot
Taking a shot in the middle of the street really isn't the best for your longevity. But if you insist at least have your car as a buffer. Prior to getting out I made sure that I had already exposed for the street lights to be used for those round bokeh goodness. After that it was just a matter of getting out dialing in the flash and taking the shot.
I purposely left one of the yellow lane dividers in the shot to give it the obvious "hey we're in the middle of the street" look. I need to get me a tripod that can swing low, I think I strained my neck on this, not to mention scuffed the frame of my glasses.
Strobist info:
1 430EX 1/64 power 1/4 CTO snoot/grid high camera left.
Completed shot can be found here.
