Santa Fe 180 West
This is another pacing shot from long ago when we were experimenting with the technique. My friend John Charles was driving, and we took turns shooting. FT 180L is on a westbound freight on the Slaton Subdivision west of Lubbock, Texas, on February 15, 1964. We also did a pacing shot of the caboose on this train. U. S. Highway 84 parallels the track between Lubbock and Clovis, New Mexico.
