The "400" It's Not!
The Railroad Passenger Car Alliance "Amtrak Special" kicks up the snow as it passes a UP haulage train on the IMRL at Randall Rd. in Elgin. The train was enroute to the Illinois Railroad Museum in Union, IL. While waiting for the special I caught the UP local and another IMRL train, all in a half hour's time!
