Vulture sculptures_3472
steel scrap, freon can body, sheet metal wings and feathers, hand forged head, plastic doll eyes, welding rods, EMT 2" pipe, re-bar and cut nails. Painted with black alkyd primer and then with sign painters' enamels. Note that one of the vultures has a steel "thought balloon" coming out of his head. The thought balloon is sheet steel on a piece of round stock, all painted with chalkboard paint so you can add your own witty message such as "Aren't you dead yet?" or "Is it just me, or does the clown taste funny?"
