Automated Provisioning?

Returning from vacation I'm greeted with this screen every time I open my browser. I've reset the cable modem and sill get this screen and on one of my computers I can browse any site without a problem but Google.com displays this page. In the tilte of the page it reads "Automated Provisioning" Strange!
