St. Boniface Church, San Francisco

St. Boniface Church was built in 1908, to replace the church destroyed in the 1906 San Francisco earthquake. St. Boniface is in the Tenderloin and has The Gubbio Project, which welcomes homeless people to come into the church during the day and sleep in the pews in safety, warmth, and quiet.
