Third Mandovi bridge - Atal Setu inaugurated on 27.1.19 9pm at the hands of Nitin Gadkari Minister for Road Transport & Highways etc and Goa Chief Minister Shri Manohar Parrikar who made public appearance after long time due to his sickness (pancreatic cancer)
