Schoolboys in England, on the beach
I took this picture in 1967.
It is on the south-facing beach in Bembridge, Isle of Wight, England, near the foot of Culver Cliff.
Two of the boys are my brothers, and one of them is Dan LaBorie, who kept this copy and recently sent it to me.
Bembridge School's uniform, which these fellows are wearing, also included really cute beanie hats. I was wearing mine when I took the picture. I can tell it is sometime between Wednesday and Saturday, because we wore white shirts Sundays - Tuesdays, and grey shirts Wednesdays - Saturdays.
Barney, on the right, was continually being told "Jones B, pull your socks up" by the schoolmasters!
