gangway holga 120pc test roll
1st roll of film: Ilford FP4 Plus through my latest toy.
Holga 120pc.
I took light reading with Leningrad 4 light meter and cross referenced with exposure calculation sheet printed out from Mr. Pinhole site.
I guess I'm counting a little too fast as some of the exposures could have been longer.
Not bad first roll though.
What is bothering me though is the amount of dust and scratch removal I have to do these days before the negatives are presentable.
If anyone has any ideas I'd be greatly appreciative.
Mainly white dots on the negative.
I dry the negs in kitchen (hung up) handle with cotton gloves and even wipe the scanner platen with the cotton gloves before scanning each strip.
I'm being pretty careful. Why does my lab stuff not come back like this? (c41 colour).
On the Holga 120pc, I love it and for the price I paid, it's a joy.
Got from Ebay seller in Hong Kong with gorilla pod, cable shutter release etc. for £40.00 and free P+p.
It arrived in approx 12 days. Not bad from far side of the world.
Ilford FP4 Plus develop-ed in Xtol for 8:15 at 19 deg C, 5 inversions every 1 mins.
Scanned at 1200 dpi for Flickr in Canoscan 9000F.
I'd appreciate any advice or tips and in return if I can help you out or comment on your flickrstream etc.
All the best to everyone.
Thanks.
