Mandarin Oriental Macau: Room

An overview of Mandarin Oriental Macau's Deluxe Room with spectacular view of Nam Van Lake and Macau Bay. Although the hotel is brand spanking new, it is a pity that the room design does not set a new benchmark in terms of design. While it is supremely comfortable, it looks quite basic if compared to other fine sister properties within the MO family.

 

The interior firm who is responsible for the overall room design is no other but LTW Designworks who renovated the flagship Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong. Sadly, their work at MO Macau is slightly disappointing and does not meet my expectation. My perennial Macau's favourite hotel remains the Altira Macau (formerly Crown Towers) by Peter Remedios.
