The best pic I could take at night :)

....North Beagle. It was a home we lived in for the better part of my high school years. About a block from Lake Erie, our house was a big house that had 4 floors and sat on the only hill in the neighborhood. It wasn't long after we moved in that the kids in the neighborhood let the secret out that our house used to be a funeral home. To say the house came with stories, is an understatement. The little light showing through in the house on the right mimics the light in the attic that used to mysteriously come on when we'd pull in the drive way. In another incarnation, the home which was so close to the lake was also at one time a Speak Easy during prohibition. The rooms in the basement held at one time another those that lived on the "wild side" and those that had newly passed to the "other side".

Living at North Beagle, was the best of times and the worst of times. My journaling speaks to a bit of that a bit....but it's part of me and my history and what made me who I am.

....another painting th that chronicles the places I lived and loved as I travel from one home, a town, a state in my story told on a canvas :)
