Abell S0463

Abell S0463 is a galaxy cluster in the Dorado constellation, at varying distances from earth.

While perhaps not the most visually stunning photo, this (to me) is one of those where the scale/perspective of it all is simply mind boggling. This frame covers a tiny fraction of our night sky. Every single smudge that you see is an individual galaxy. Each one of those containing hundreds of billions of stars and planets. Talk about feeling small :)
