Will is resting with us today.

 

Yesterday we spent the entire day counting and logging birds for Global Big Day - a world wide effort sponsored by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology.

 

We created 11 lists of birds within 6 miles of home. We saw birds from the sea and our backyard.

 

First sightings include:

Black Guillemont

Blue Winged Teal Duck

Black and White Warbler
