Built 1931 in Toronto; the story of the origin of the exact shade of blue is interesting - the architect saw a construction worker wearing a faded baby blue t-shirt, and he bought the shirt off the worker's back for $1 (c.1930) and had the precise shade matched for the detail work in this ceiling...
This is also one of my most favourited photos on flickr, because it looks so sexy as a square thumbnail. ( I'll tell you a secret though - it was a very easy photo to take! )
